Energy Healing Technique of great simplicity….
To treat, harmonize, to reconnect with feelings of serenity and happiness…

Very often, for all kinds of treatment, when working with human bodies or energetically… you find yourself unable to treat, to heal, or re harmonize because there seems to be an obstacle, like an eggshell… It becomes difficult to procure or achieve this feeling of serenity and happiness as you receive an energy healing treatment… Keep the following in mind…

When you need to lower the veil masking realities, wish to see on the other side of it, you must step over it… You must rip open the veil… On an energy level we are giving you the instructions on how to do it… So many people put up obstacles… they wish to receive treatments, accept the Light, but fail to lower their barriers; do not understand why the treatment meets with obstacles…

The following technique will facilitate you a better access for the healing technique of your choice as you will have created an <opening> removing these physical obstacles (body), psychological(spirit), emotional(heart) or even those of the soul.

We are not using an axe, a machete, or even a knife to slice open… You need to penetrate the energetic bodies as you would a placenta; with delicacy and the utmost respect.

You are entering something mysterious, alive and sacred…

<<K-Zak>> (in French <<Kézak>>) is a form of salutation that may be used at all times, just as we like to use the word <<Namaste>> . It is by using this symbol that you will be able to rip the veil: <<K-Zak>>

It is done this way:

Palms together at heart level….
Bring your hands up to your Third eye chakra separating your palms while keeping them joined at the base forming a V like a chalice…. Small pause…

As you separate your hands completely (left and right) you pronounce the word <<K-Zak>>…. Pause a moment and lower your arms beside your body.

It is an opening… It means: << I am centered in the heart`s energy and it propels me in the Universality. I become the vase and the content in the vase >>. Such is the representation of the Holy Grail.

The third eye chakra now being inside the <<V>>, the chalice, and the crown chakra at finger level. <<K-Zak>> <We are open to the totality of what our stellar brothers and sisters are >.

Joining our hands together does not mean acting like a slave… or either a pleading gesture some peoples in churches do… Not as slave, but as someone centered in his being, in his heart`s energy.

This symbol technique is a sign to show that you are ready, ready to open, to rip open the veil to penetrate other realities. These realities are called <<the subtle worlds>>, <<the subtle energies >>. Those you cannot contact easily, no matter the energy healing method you might be using.

If you own crystal skulls you may place them all around the table or under the head of the person (floor) if you only have one. Ask your crystalline family to work with you and the person, together with your guides or Light beings who may be presents. This is how you can call this a Collective Healing; when the healing is shared.

Technique with gestures for the healing of a person

The person is on a table, resting on her back…Position yourself standing behind the head and facing the body, take a moment to center yourself…

1. Palms together at heart level….
Bring your hands up to your Third eye chakra separating your palms while keeping them joined at the base forming a V like a chalice…. Small pause…

As you separate your hands completely (left and right) you pronounce the word <<K-Zak>> Pause a moment and lower your arms beside your body.

2. Move to the left side of the person, facing the left ear. The left side is the side by which a human receives. Place your right hand (hand opened and fingers together) about 30 cm above the head and move slowly over the chakra line towards the feet, sliding your hand with great gentleness imagining that you are working down a zipper while gently folding open the envelope that is the body and creating an opening for you to do your healing work.

3. Simply walk back to the head of the person. (Doing nothing) As in #1 stand behind the head, execute a 2nd <<K-Zak>>

4. Walk to the right side of the person facing their right ear.
Place your left hand (hand opened and fingers together) about 30 cm above the head of the person and move slowly over the chakra line towards the feet, sliding your hand with great gentleness imagining that you are working down a zipper while gently folding open the envelope that is the body and creating an opening for you to do your healing work.

5. Place yourself at the foot of the table facing the feet of the person and join your palms together at heart level with the tips pointing downward… Small pause…

Point your joined hands upward and execute a 3rd <<K-Zak>>

6. You are now ready to start the energy healing where you feel called to work, trusting your intuition, your hands over the open space you have created in number 2 and 4 but without any physical contact with the body.
Start by using piano playing movements with your fingers in that space, up and down, side to side… They will act as magnets and will attract to them the negative energy, what does not belong there and then.
When you feel your fingers heavy, or in contact with an obstacle, remove it by lifting your hands away from the body, capturing it between your palms and gently flipping it away from you with a small shake of your hands for a second or two. (Under the table or beside or behind you… Always take care to disperse away from the body, the place where you find yourself working. If it is at the heart level that you feel called to work, move your fingers over it, capture and remove it away from you. If it is at the head, remove and expel. You may also work over an arm or a leg once the zipper has been pulled down with the same results. You may also work on specific problems like intestinal problems or problem with their vertebras; it does not matter even though the person is laying on her back. You still use your piano playing movements to remove what needs to). Replace your hands over the body and resume your treatment. The full treatment should last between 20 and no more than 30 minutes. You may work from the right side to the left side as you wish but ending on the right side of the body (We have learned, in past energy healing formation, never to cross sides at the feet))

7. When you judge you have finished the removal, after 20 or 30 minutes, Move on the right side to the end of the table,
Face the feet of the person.
Join both palms at the heart chakra fingers pointing up… Pause…

Point fingers down… Pause…
Return fingers up and execute a 4th <<K-Zak>>

8. Move to face the right ankle of the person,
Starting at the feet but never touching the physical body, move both hands from side to center as if you were gently moving back the right side folds of the envelope opened in #2 and #4. Move them side to center at every step, all the way up the right side until just passed the head.

9. Simply walk back to the feet of the person still on the right side of the person. (Facing right ankle)

10. Place your right hand over the center of the body (30 cm, starting over the feet to just pass the head, slide your hand as if to close back the zipper and smoothing out the opening.

11. Move as in #1 behind the head and execute a 5th <<K-Zak>>

12. Cross over to face the left ear of the person. Starting from the head and all the way down to the feet, never touching the physical body, gently move both hands from side to center as if you were gently moving back the left side folds of the envelope opened in #2 and #4. Repeat the movement at every step until you reach just pass the feet. Once done at the feet face the left ankle of the person…

13. With your left hand, starting over the feet to just pass the head, slide it over the center of the body (30 cm) as if to close back the zipper and smoothing out the opening.

14. To end the treatment:
Simply walk back to the head of the person. (Doing nothing)

As in #1 stand behind the head, execute a 6th <<K-Zak>>
You can now whisper to the person that the session is over and leaving this person to recover full consciousness.

While the person does this it is important to go and wash your hands and arms up to the elbow under running fresh water removing all static or bad energy that might have stuck to you and leaving it to go down the drain.

This technique is so simple to execute and may be used by itself or with another therapy as is the case of the Lumino-Energetic or Reiki. It is an add-on facilitating healing as you are allowing an opening; removing the physical or psychological obstacles, emotional obstacles or even those of the soul. Such a treatment would be beneficial.

IMPORTANT: Before starting making sure that both the giver and the receiver have removed all pieces of jewelry be them earrings, piercings or rings and necklaces. The metal is an accumulator of energy but can also be a barrier to the energy. If you are the giver, please make sure that you are not stressed but relaxed and ready to be in contact with the Light as an open vessel ready to be the conduit for the healing. Everything around you, be it the Prana in the Ether or other, is there to facilitate a contact, so you can use it as a source of inspiration and of healing to pass it on to those around you, just like a divine surplus.

Technique with Gestures for SELF-Healing

If you own one or more crystal skulls or other, place them around you before starting.

As you separate your hands completely (left and right) you pronounce the word <<K-Zak>> Pause a moment and lower your arms beside your body.

• Using your right hand and starting at the crown chakra (without touching the body), draw a line at the center of your body as if you were pulling down a large zipper all the way down to your feet and gently folding back the envelope from the center to right.
• Using your left hand and starting at the crown chakra (without touching the body), draw a line at the center of your body as if you were pulling down a large zipper all the way down to your feet and gently folding back the envelope from center to left.
• Using a piano fingering movement it is up to you to work where you know there is work to be done using your intuition and using your fingers to capture and remove what you feel does not belong out of your body and shaking your hands before returning to work some more.
• When you feel satisfied that the work has been done, using your right hand, from head to foot bring the folds in and from the feet up to above your head close up the zipper.
• Using your left hand from head to foot bring the folds in and from the feet up to above your head close up the zipper.
• End your healing session by redoing the <<K-Zak>> one last time.
